Superb 220 sqm chalet on 3 levels for 12 people, located in Les Bois area, near the golf course and 4 km from the center of Chamonix.
The chalet is composed on the ground floor of a twin bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed, each with its own shower room + WC, TV and DVD player.
A hammam will delight you after a good day of skiing or hiking.
You will also have at your disposal a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a ski storage room with ski boot dryer.
1st floor: the room opens onto a kitchen equipped with a double oven, 5 gas burners, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Then you come to the dining area and finally the lounge area with its fireplace and all its equipment: flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite, home cinema and Wifi.
You can also relax on the large terrace, equipped with garden furniture and sunchairs with Mont Blanc view. This is followed by a bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed that can make a double bed or two single beds. This room has its own shower room and WC, a TV and access to the terrace.
On the 2nd floor, you have access to a bedroom with a double bed, another twin bedroom, each with a private bathroom (one with bath, the other with shower) + WC , TV, DVD and balcony.
And finally, a bedroom with two bunk beds, TV, DVD, communicating with one of the rooms mentioned above.

The animals are refused, the chalet is non-smoking.
