5 days of electronic music festival on the mountainside ... A moment which is one of a kind! A meeting of free music with \"wild\ ">Musilac

Always in the musical register, Musilac is a new festival, Pop-Rock this time, which already attracts more than 15 000 visitors, coming to see the performances of artists of international renown, rising stars and new discoveries in an exceptional setting. Tickets are on sale as of December 1st.

Mont Blanc Marathon

During 4 days, the Chamonix Valley will vibrate to the rhythm of the races! The Mont Blanc Marathon gathers together no less than 8 races over several distances, offered to riders from all over the world: 80km from Mont Blanc, 42km from Mont Blanc, 23km from Mont Blanc, KM Vertical from Mont Blanc, Duo Star, Young Race Marathon, 10km from Mont-Blanc and Mini Cross of Mont-Blanc (reserved for children). Between spectators and participants, more than 30,000 people are present on Chamonix.

Climbing World Cup

Climbers, back to your harness! 2018 will host the Climbing World Cup in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Already seasoned in the organization of international events around climbing, the city will proudly host the World Cup of Difficulty.

Organ Hours

Every summer, the Festival des Heures d'orgue is the highlight of the Chamoniarde musical season. For its 22nd edition, the festival welcomes as every year the great names of the organ. All the concerts are at 17h on the splendid 25 games that currently occupies the grandstand of the church St Michel. Free entry.

Ultra-trail of Mont Blanc

The Ultra-Trail of Mont-Blanc, UTMB for the regulars, is a sporting event composed of five trails (running with the particularity of being practiced in the middle of nature) including four ultra-endurance and very long duration. It crosses three countries (France, Italy, Switzerland), three major alpine regions (Rhône-Alpes, the Aosta Valley, Valais) and fifteen French, Italian and Swiss municipalities in the Mont Blanc region.

Christmas market

From the 15th to the 30th of December, the center of Chamonix welcomes the Christmas village with its market. This is an opportunity to discover the artisans and local producers, to attend tastings, and to do your Christmas shopping. The small wooden chalets, located in downtown Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, will be open every day.Animations are planned every day, for the children but also for the adults:parades, shows, recovery of letters for Santa Claus, strolls, arrival of Santa Claus ... A magical moment in a magical atmosphere!
