CHAMONIX - La plaine des Praz

Superb apartment for 4 people, classified 3 stars, located on the ground floor of the luxurious residence "La Cordée", entirely renovated in 2018. This 64sqm flat with an independent entrance offers you very nice amenities.

LAYOUT
- Living room with TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with hood, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, raclette set)
- Terrace equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture and faces the magnificent Drus and Aiguilles de Chamonix
- Double en suite bedroom (160x200), a private shower room, toilet and access to the terrace
- Twin bedroom (2x80x200, possibility of double bed) and access to the terrace
- Shower room with toilet

- Laundry in the residence equipped with a washing machine and dryer
