Located in CHAMONIX, the studio is cozy, very bright and is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room and a nice living area with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day of skiing or summer. You will have a BALCONY where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture to eat while enjoying a magnificent VIEW of the Mont-Blanc range. A swimming pool is accessible in the residence during the summer period.
You will have at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Oven, Combined microwave oven, Raclette machine, Citrus press, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Television.
It is ideally located in the center of Chamonix, a 10-minute walk from the Gaillands climbing area.
The Aiguille du Midi cable car and the Brévent cable car are located 5 and 10 minutes away on foot respectively, taking you to the mountains where you can enjoy various activities such as skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, paragliding, snowshoeing, ice climbing and via ferrata.
Chamonix bus station, the Mont-Blanc Express train station "Aiguille du Midi" as well as 3 public car parks are located less than 5 minutes away on foot.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
