This accommodation is composed of:
- an entrance with a 90cm bunk bed;
- a bathroom;
- a fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, etc.;
- a bedroom with a 140/150 sofa bed;
- a living room
- and a mezzanine (in the living room) with a 130 cm bed.
Please note that:
- The kitchen opens onto the living room as well as a balcony with a table and a full view of the Mont Blanc range.
- You will have at your disposal: parking, television, iron, hair dryer, ski locker, deck chair.
- Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
- Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is located:
- close to a magnificent lake (right next to the residence);
- close to the Flégère cable car and beautiful walks (Petit balcon, paradis des Praz, etc.) and the Chamonix golf course;
- a 10-minute walk from a grocery store located in the village of Les Praz. It offers fresh bread and quality organic products;
- and close to a tobacconist's, a post office and various bars and restaurants.
For all reservations validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at an additional cost. For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
