Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm which can be made into a double bed;
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 1m;
- a bathroom with Italian shower;
- a fully equipped kitchen;

- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- and a balcony.

The location of the accommodation is ideal: in the heart of the pedestrian street in the city center, close to various bars, restaurants and shops; close to the ski lifts (Brévent is a 10-minute walk away, but be careful, there is a steep climb to be expected).
The Aiguille du Midi cable car is a 6-minute walk away, taking you high into the mountains where you can admire the spectacular view of the valley.
Chamonix train station is a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the bus station!
Transport is also free thanks to the guest cards given in the apartment.
A ski rental shop, "O'shop", is located a 5- to 10-minute walk away on Place Edmond Desailloud. It will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses; I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! For your daily shopping needs, you'll find a Super U and Drive-Thru just a 5-minute walk away.
For any reservation validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at an additional cost. For any reservation validated after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
