Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has:
- 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 bunk beds;
- two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a comfortable lounge area with a nice dining area.
- a large balcony with access from the living room and bedrooms, it is equipped with a table and chairs and has an incredible view of the entire Mont Blanc range.
- there is also a bicycle and ski storage room next to the main entrance.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: Wi-Fi, Ski in and Ski out, an outdoor space shared with the condominium, indoor or outdoor parking, television, refrigerator, kettle, raclette machine, toaster, soda stream, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the accommodation's strong points is its location. It is ideally located at the foot of the Brévent ski area's cable cars, which also connect to the Flégère ski area, and is 150 m from the ski school, the town hall, and the town center.
You can get around Chamonix on foot without needing a car.
For your everyday shopping, you will find a "Super U et Drive" supermarket a 10-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:

The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
