Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed and a convertible sofa;
- A shower room with WC;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- And a lounge area with another convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will also benefit from a balcony offering a lovely view of Mont Blanc, a garden and parking.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, fan, barbecue, refrigerator, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the highlights of the apartment is its location. It is located:
- In a quiet and natural residence close to the town center of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
- A La Rosière bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city.
- Chamonix town centre is a 10-minute walk away;

- Ski lifts 2 minutes walk away;
For your daily needs, you will find a supermarket "Spar Alpina Chamonix" a 19-minute walk away.

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
