Located on the ground floor, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining room with balcony overlooking the courtyard (quiet) and view of Mont Blanc;
- a comfortable living room with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine (in the cellar), Dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Gas stove, Central heating, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

- In a quiet residence, with easy access to many amenities and attractions.
- Less than a 5-minute walk to the city center pedestrian street, where you will find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.
You will be in the same building as our agency, so you can check in at our offices or come directly to get information.
You will be in the immediate vicinity of the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
If you are a ski enthusiast, you will be delighted to know that the cross-country ski trails and ski lifts of the Brévent-Flégère site are also accessible in less than 5 minutes.
Furthermore, just a 3-minute walk away, you will find the Savoy field, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift that will take you to the Brévent-Flégère ski area cable cars if the snow conditions are good!
And if you want to explore other ski areas, buses are available next to the building and will take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
For your daily needs, a "Super U et Drive" supermarket is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Crystal Museum - Espace Tairraz 7 minutes on foot;
- Les Planards - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc less than 15 minutes on foot;
- the Aiguille du Midi cable car, about a 15-minute walk away;
- the Dard Waterfall 18 minutes by car, and many more.

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The mountaineering capital, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
