Magnificent 60 square meter apartment located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Array: Accommodating up to 7 people, it is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Please note that the 2nd bedroom (the one with bunk beds) is on the landing and not in the apartment.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed which is located in the apartment
- 1 bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed with shower room which is on the same landing (door right next door) but not in the apartment;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- three bathrooms (one in each bedroom plus one bathroom in the apartment;
- a living room with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Accessible to persons with reduced mobility, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Heating, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, Balcony, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Ideally located in the Bois du Bouchet residence, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, it's perfect for summer walks and close to cross-country ski trails in winter.

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The mountaineering capital, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
