It is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the legendary Aiguille du Midi cable car, ideal for those who wish to discover this splendid site or for those who are going to the Vallée Blanche.

The apartment is warm and includes a bedroom with a double or twin bed depending on the desired configuration, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a convertible sofa.
It also has a BALCONY which offers a sumptuous VIEW of the Mountain and the entire Mont Blanc range and where you can have your coffee or an aperitif at sunset.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

-15 min walk from the Brévent ski area where you can enjoy activities in both winter and summer.
-15 min walk from the Domaine des Planards which is a ski area for beginners in winter and an amusement park in summer.

- 15 min walk from the Richard Bozon Aquatic Center which also opens its doors to a multitude of activities: swimming pools, ice rink, fitness rooms...

Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away and buses are free thanks to the guest cards provided in the apartment.
The bus station is a 2-minute walk away and will take you to all the ski areas.
A ski rental shop, "O'shop," is located almost at the foot of the building and will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a delicious bakery opposite the apartment!
For any reservation validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
