It includes a bedroom with a 90*200 bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with a 160x200 sofa bed to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Raclette machine, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Garden, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Towel dryer, Ski storage, Balcony, etc.

You can enjoy a peaceful environment with views of the residence's wooded park and Mont Blanc. The town center and pedestrian zone are a 1-minute walk away, and a bus stop serving all areas is located nearby.
Hiking trails and walks along the Arve river are also in the immediate vicinity.
Nearby, snow conditions permitting, you'll enjoy ski-in/ski-out access from the Savoy slope right next to the residence, as well as the ESF ski school located within the residence itself. The QC thermal baths are a 5-minute walk away, and the paragliding landing area is also adjacent to the residence.
The bar “La Folie Douce” is a 1-minute walk away, as are the pedestrianized town center and the market. The station for the famous Montenvers train is a 5-minute walk, while the Brévent ski lifts and the Aiguille du Midi cable car are respectively a 5- to 10-minute walk away (be prepared for a steep climb to reach the Brévent gondolas!).
