The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, an open and fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed opening onto a balcony offering a lovely view.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your comfort, professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is located in the town center and close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, ski and bike rental services, cable cars, supermarkets, sports shops, ski schools... The Houches ski area is 650 m away! So you can enjoy all the mountain activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, touring skiing, sledding, hiking... You can also discover the Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes walk, with multiple activities possible in summer such as: climbing (cliff), fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, rope pyramid, picnic...) and Chamonix (only 13 minutes by car) to make a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.
A ski rental shop, "Cyprien Sports," is located almost at the foot of the building.
For all reservations validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at an additional cost. For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.

Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a small, typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
Les Houches train station: 15 minutes on foot.
