The studio is warm, bright, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a ski vacation. Come with family or friends; it can accommodate up to four people.
The living room is composed of a sleeping area with a bunk bed; a shower room; a fitted kitchen and a relaxation area with a sofa bed, opening onto the balcony offering a lovely view.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Heating, Refrigerator.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. For your comfort, professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.
The location of the accommodation is ideal! It is located 100 meters from the cable cars and free shuttles are available to get to the town center, where you can easily find everything you need: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ski rental services, ski schools, and much more...
You will appreciate the proximity (5 minutes on foot) of the Prarion ski lifts (Domaine des Houches) and the Lac des Chavants, with multiple activities possible in summer such as: climbing (cliff), fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, rope pyramid, picnic...
All mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, sledding, hiking...
You can also explore Chamonix (just a 15-minute drive away), or take a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.

Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a small, typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
