Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 double beds;
- a shower room;
- and a fitted kitchen.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, fondue, refrigerator, crepe maker, raclette...
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.
The accommodation is located in the town center and close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, ski and bike rental services, cable cars, supermarkets, sports shops, ski schools... The Houches ski area is 650 m away! So you can enjoy all the mountain activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, touring skiing, sledding, hiking...
You can also discover:
- Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes on foot) with multiple activities possible in summer such as: climbing (cliff), fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, rope pyramid, picnics, etc.
- Chamonix (only 13 minutes by car) to make a day trip to the Aiguille du Midi.
- and a ski rental shop "Cyprien Sport" is located almost at the foot of the building.

Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a small, typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
