Magnificent 103 square meter accommodation located in Chamonix.

Located in Chamonix, the house measures 103m2, it is bright and is composed of 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds 140 and 1 with a double bed 160, convertible into 1 or 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense day of skiing.
It has high-speed Wi-Fi and a space where you can work.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay.
The chalet is very well equipped: parking, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer, fondue set, raclette machine as well as crepe and waffle maker.
A baby cot is also available.
A 5-minute drive away, you'll be very well served by public transport, allowing you to stroll throughout the resort and the valley! The area is very popular with hikers, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses; I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
Special equipment is required in case of heavy snowfall (snow tires or chains).
For any reservation validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley is home to 10 ski areas, and a wide range of activities are available, including snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and dog sledding. Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers Railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice). The latter is a 7.5 km long glacier valley. There are many landscapes to discover throughout the year.
