The chalet is composed of 3 bedrooms, where you will find 2 double beds, a bunk bed, 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room as well as several sinks, not forgetting a fitted kitchen with dining room and a beautiful lounge area opening onto the chalet terrace.
To relax after a day of walking, you can lie down on the net above the living room and admire the view of the Drus which is sublime and hypnotizing.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: Garage, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Barbecue, Microwave, and Oven. The fireplace is not functional, so it is not possible to make a fire.
The accommodation also features a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy meals with your family and admire the view and surrounding nature. The large garden will be a great addition in both summer and winter.
Hiking trails accessible to all are close to the chalet.
Chamonix Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away on foot and Le Paradis des Praz, ideal for children, offers a playground in the heart of nature and is a delight for young and old alike.
You will be a 10-minute walk from the Flégère ski area cable cars.
In summer, these cable cars will take you to numerous hikes such as Lac Blanc, offering sublime panoramas of the Mont Blanc range and the Mer de Glace.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
Located near the Village des Bois, where people came 100 years ago to collect ice from the "Mer de la Glace" to sell to Chamonix hotels, you will be located 5km upstream from Chamonix in a green setting - Welcome to the Plaine des Bois!
Chamonix, the World Capital of Skiing and Mountaineering, is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe.
10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other tourist spots are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
