+ an entrance with ski locker and space to store coats and ski boots,
+ a ground floor with:
- a single bedroom with sink and wardrobe,
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed, sink, wardrobe and a magnificent view of the Drus,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, sink and wardrobe,
- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 which join together with a sink and a wardrobe,
- a bedroom with a bunk bed, sink, wardrobe, office area and small terrace overlooking the garden,
- two shower rooms with sink,
- a separate toilet,
- and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
+ one floor with:
- a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso and filter machine, fruit press, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue and brazier machine, vacuum cleaner, mop and kitchen cupboard, etc.
- a dining room for up to 11 guests, but comfortable for 10 people;
- a living room with an office area and panoramic view;
- a fireplace with insert (extra wood payable by the tenant);
- a beautiful master bedroom with a 180cm bed, wardrobe and balcony and direct access to the bathroom offering 2 sinks, a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Other equipment at your disposal: Smart TV, Barbecue, Iron, Hairdryer, ...
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The exterior of the chalet offers the possibility of parking 4 vehicles and has a Tesla socket and a normal socket for your electric vehicles: if you wish to use the socket, count an extra depending on your needs and the charge required for your stay, we will see this together on your arrival.
Please note that the garden is shared with the neighboring chalet and therefore not private.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
