Magnificent 17 square meter studio located in Chamonix.

The studio consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen area.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay: Underfloor heating, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchenette, new crockery, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator.
Underground parking is available.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses; I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A free bus service will take you to the foot of the slopes; the bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the residence.
For all reservations validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at an additional cost. For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
