The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a charming residence close to the city center and near Couttet Park as well as the famous Maison des Artistes created by Manoukian.
Duplex consisting of a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto a spacious corner balcony with a view of Mont Blanc, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a mezzanine, the accommodation is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the mezzanine consists of an open bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have storage cupboards.
On the ground floor you will have a double bedroom, a shower room with WC and the living room with sofa bed (brand new), lounge - dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs you will have access via a staircase to the mezzanine space, the second closed double bedroom as well as a bathroom with WC.
The large balcony with a view is perfectly designed to allow you to enjoy your meals outside when the sun is out.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay:
Parking / Garage, Ski room, WiFi, Television (SFR TV), Senseo coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Raclette machine and Kettle.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Chamonix train station is a 5-minute walk away and transport (bus and train) is free thanks to the guest cards provided in the apartment.
The bus stops and train station are a 5-minute walk away, and public transport will take you to all the ski areas in the valley.
For the more adventurous, the Brevent cable car is a 15-minute walk away with a nice climb to consider, which allows you to prepare for the slopes!
A ski rental shop "O'shop" is also a 5-minute walk away and will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment. You will find on this same square, a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping, but also a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a delicious bakery 5 minutes from the apartment!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
