It includes two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed; a bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining room and a living room area with a sofa bed.
It also has a furnished BALCONY offering a magnificent VIEW of the entire MONT BLANC massif.
To ensure your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Covered parking, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location.
It's located in the city center, but in a quiet residential area. You'll find everything you need: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, ski rental services, and more.
The bus station is located at the foot of the building, allowing you to reach all the valley's ski areas in just a few minutes.
You can do all the various mountain activities of your choice in winter as well as in summer!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
For all reservations validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at an additional cost. For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.).
Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which offers a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, which leads to the Mer de Glace.
