Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation offers a very beautiful view of the Chamonix needles, the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc du Tacul, Mont Maudit and the Aiguille/Dôme du Goûter.
It includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with a bathtub;
- and a living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking (attention narrow space), Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven with freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee machine (powdered coffee), Espresso machine with percolator, Storage, Raclette, Fondue, Ski locker and bicycle storage. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The surroundings are very peaceful and the atmosphere is warm in this large mountain chalet, a former hotel residence. The residence is less than 500 meters from the Prarion cable car, and the free shuttle for your trips to Les Houches and Chamonix (approximately 20 minutes) stops at the residence's entrance.

Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a small, typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
