This 'Loft' style house-apartment in a former farmhouse has been completely renovated and stylishly furnished!
Equipped with good quality equipment, it includes 3 levels:

- a twin bedroom with two single 90 cm beds and a desk;
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed;
- a shower room with WC and sink.
➢ Floor 1:
- a bedroom with a single bed;
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed with desk and magnificent view;
- a shower room with WC, bidet and 2 sinks;
➢ Ground floor:
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room with table and chairs;
- a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.

All of this opens onto a furnished garden offering a magnificent view of the Aiguille du Midi.
Please note that the accommodation is located above the Route Blanche leading to Chamonix.
Located in a former farmhouse, you can hear very little noise from the motorway when you are inside the accommodation.

The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
