This charming little chalet, all mod cons, is located in Les Houches in a residence with other similar accommodations and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds located in the basement: be careful, ladder-type staircase = not easy for young children or elderly people;
- two functional bathrooms and 2 toilets;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a dining room.
You will particularly appreciate its rural feel and its dedicated workspace.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Washing machine, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is ideally located:
- next to the restaurant "La Braise", convenient for late arrivals;
- 10 minutes by car/bus from Chamonix town centre and the ski lifts;
- 15 minutes by bus from the Prarion cable car;
- 5 minutes by car from the center of the village of Les Houches.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, its territory is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa resort facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). The Aiguille du Midi, starting point of the legendary Vallée Blanche, invites you to live a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, which leads to the Mer de Glace and other popular tourist attractions. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes all year round.
